Our wonderful dear Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Irene Enns, passed away peacefully at Bevan Village on October 27, 2019 with family at her side. Born July 11, 1930 to Martha and Richard DeWulf in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan, she was the second of 4 girls. In 1949 she married our father Abe, and raised 5 children – Philip, Linda (Denis), Diane (Doug), Joanne and Brad (Nyree). Mom was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Abe, and is survived by her 5 children, 8 grandchildren,10 great grandchildren and sister Jean. Irene dedicated her life to raising her family, had a love of flowers and spent countless hours crocheting and knitting beautiful items.
Thank you to the staff at Bevan Village for the care and comfort provided to Irene over the past years and during her final days. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Union Gospel Mission. A memorial service will be on Monday, November 18th at 10:30 at Cascade Community Church, 35190 DeLair Road, Abbotsford.
