Brenda’s family would like to acknowledge the care and compassion Brenda received while in palliative care at PRH from; the 2A-doctors, the RNs, the RPNs, housekeeping and food services staff. Also, we would like to thank the staff and residents at Country Haven in Beachburg- PSWs, housekeeping and food services staff and all others who loved, cared for, and reminisced with our loving Brenda during the last 14 months. The kindness you have showered Brenda with never went unnoticed, and will never be forgotten.
Brenda loved spending time with her family and friends. Being outdoors, fishing, playing sports and walking were Brenda’s favourite activities. Brenda was active within the Grace Lutheran Church community where she volunteered her time serving on various committees. Brenda also volunteered with Wilberforce Township, whether it was coaching softball or serving on the recreation committee, Brenda could always be counted on. Brenda was a selfless person, and no matter what challenges arose, she fought through them with class, and for that, has become a role model for her children and grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, Eganville followed by inurnment Grace Lutheran Cemetery.
