It is with overwhelming sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Biagio on October 30, 2019 at the age of 77 years. He longed to be reunited with his son Anthony (2010). Beloved husband of Rosa (nee Lapico) for 46 years. Cherished father of Maria-Teresa Mazza-Marcon and husband Michael, Lucia Sperduti and husband Paolo. Proud Nonno of Alessia, Serena, Martina, and Stella. Predeceased by parents Antonio and Teresa Mazza (nee Sciarotta) and mother and father in law Bruno Michele and Maria Concetta Lapico (nee Marvelli). Brother of Luisa Mazza, Saverio Mazza and wife Vita, Gemma Provenzale and husband Franco, and Mario Mazza and wife Rina. Brother in law of Francesco and Maria Lapico, Domenico and Stefania Lapico, Antonio and Anna Lapico, and predeceased by the late Vincenzo (2009) and the late Shirley (2003) Lapico. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Biagio was an avid Inter Milan F.C. fan. He enjoyed his garden, spending time with family, friends, and playing cards. His smile and laughter will always be remembered.

Visitation Friday November 1, 2019 from 2 – 5 pm and 7 – 9 pm. Parish Prayers Friday 4:30 pm. Funeral Service Saturday, 10:15 am from Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841 then in procession to St. Angela Merici Church for a Mass at 11 am.
