In loving memory of Anna Filice, 64 years, Sunday, October 27th, 2019 at Health Sciences North. Beloved wife of Pino Filice. Loving mother of Jessica, Marco (Jennifer Rouleau), Steven, and furbaby Abby. Cherished Nonna of Catina and James. Dear daughter of Franca (nee Crispo) and the late Mario Clara predeceased, and daughter-in-law to Caterina and Michele Filice both predeceased. Dear sister of Loretta and sister-in-law to Teresa. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario, Anna met the love of her life, Pino, when they were 17 years young. They married in 1974 at St. Patrick’s Church, and were blessed with three beautiful children. The priority of her life was her family, especially her precious grandchildren, taking great pride in their activities and accomplishments. Anna was a beautiful soul, always quick to help others, and friendly to everybody. The times she enjoyed most were when she was with her family and friends. Many of these happy times were spent at their trailer on Manitoulin Island with the Happy Hour Gang. The light of her life will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
We would like to thank all of the nurses and doctors in the Intensive Care Unit of HSN for their outstanding care and support to Anna, and our entire family, during this most difficult journey. In lieu of flowers, donations to the HSN Stroke Unit would be appreciated.
