Ornella Grimard (Campagnolo)
It is with great sadness, that the family announces her passing in Sudbury, Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the age of 58. Beloved wife and soulmate of Gregory Grimard of Sudbury. Cherished daughter of Antonio Campagnolo of Sudbury and of the late Maria (née Sartori). Loving and devoted mother of Matthew and Andrew Grimard both of Sudbury. Dear sister of Nadia Futa and Mario Campagnolo. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives, colleagues and friends. Ornella was a woman of simple faith who believed that the smallest things done for others, with the greatest of love, made the biggest difference. She wholeheartedly gave herself over to her family vocation, always making sure everyone received the best. She had a passionate gift for baking and cooking which she happily shared and for which she became well known far beyond the circle of her family and friends. Ornella also had a deep admiration for God’s gift of nature. Gardening brought her great joy: she loved flowers of all kinds, especially roses. For these and many other qualities she will be sadly missed. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation. However, a funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Hope Church, Sudbury. Donations (by cheque only) can be made to Ornella’s favourite charity the Society of the Little Flower. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVEFUNERALHOME, Sudbury.
