On September 10, 2019 John Chebuk passed away at the age of 81 at the University of Alberta Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Elora of Edmonton, daughter Carmen (Ken) of USA, and son Todd (Dina) of Australia; grandchildren Linnea, Lindsey, Isabella, and Christian; his sister Mary of Medicine Hat, sister-in-law Diana of Edmonton, and numerous nieces and nephews.
John was predeceased by the death of his daughter Charmaine, sons Clinton, Lance and Bruce, granddaughter Samantha, mother Jenny, father Andrew, brothers William, Michael and George, and sisters Ann, and Katherine.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Defeat MSA (Multiple System Atrophy) Charity (msacanada.ca).
The family wishes to thank the staff at the University of Alberta Hospital, Ward 5E3 and his Church Family.
