Obituary for Mrs. Freda Weatherup
Passed peacefully in her 91st year, on the sunny day of September 19th, 2019 at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa. Forever wife, best friend and soul mate to the late Wilbert (Willie) Weatherup for 63 years. Dear mother to Gail Lefaurichon and caring Nanny to Michelle Lefaurichon of Bowmanville. Loving Nanny to Cheryl Van Den Oetelaar (Will) of Whitby and proud Great (little) Nanny to their daughters Marley and Caisey. Also Great Nanny to the family’s newest edition, Michelle’s son Mason. She was a true fighter until the end and braver than anyone will ever know. Although a very small family left behind, she will be dearly missed.
A private family service will take place at Barrie Union Cemetery, with arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie.
