Much to our profound grief and sorrow, Charlotte Anne Hargreaves, beloved daughter of Ruth Ann and Bill (Diane), and sister of Alison (Brian) and Alicia (Andrew), passed away on Tuesday, September 3rd in her 34th year at the Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket, ON. Charlotte will be forever loved and fondly remembered by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, nephews and friends.
Our cherished Charlotte loved life, and she lived it her way. Yet hers was an unfinished life and she left us much too soon.
At this time of sorrow, we recall the seemingly light “Pixiness” that Charlotte brought us with much fondness, as well as her most magnificent eyes and lashes. As the sun beams in the sky, we will recall Charlotte’s radiant smile and her infectious laughter will resonate within us always. These images and so many more will remain with us as a blessing.
Our Charlotte was much loved and will be solely missed.
The entire family wishes to thank the Emergency Response Team and the Holland Landing Firefighters who first attended to our stricken daughter. Our appreciation is extended to the Medical Team(s) at Southlake Hospital who professionally applied their skills and talents on Charlotte’s behalf. We are sincerely grateful to those dedicated and compassionate caregivers at the Margaret Bahen Hospice Centre who humanely watched over our Charlotte with loving attention in her hour of need.
A celebration of Charlotte’s life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions to the Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket, ON would be gratefully appreciated. (https:/www.myhospice.ca/support-my-hospice/)
