TALARICO (Frucci), Carmela Veronica – Passed away peacefully on Friday September 13, 2019 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Pasquale Talarico (1995). Cherished mother of Phyllis (Dave) Anderson, Mary (Nick) D’Uva, Joe (Gabriella) Talarico, Pat (Heather) Talarico and the late Gina D’Uva (1995). Adored Granny of Veronica (Dean), Melissa (Kimbel), Nicky, Cassidy, Kennedy, Chelsey and Tessa and Great-Granny of Olivia, Mattea, and Kianna. Dear sister-in-law of Catarina Frucci, Viola (Giuseppe) Sampogna and Rosetta Talarico. She will be sadly missed by her in-laws and relatives in Italy and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by three sisters and two brothers. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren, sharing life stories, listening to music and sharing meals and words of wisdom. She had many friends and enjoyed social activities while at Cavendish Manor and River Road Retirement Residence where her sense of humour was appreciated and her friendships endured. A special thank you to the staff who were part of her life and gave her love and attention from their hearts. She will be missed because of her smile, her sense of humour and her love for her children. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Tuesday 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday from 10 am to 12 pm. A Funeral Service in celebration of her life will be held at 12 pm at the funeral home. The Rite of Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum.
