Alice Anderson
1921-2019
Anderson, Alice (nee Pearson) … Passed away on Wednesday
September 11, 2019 at St. Luke’s Place, Cambridge, at the age of
98. Predeceased by her beloved husband Gordon, her parents Fred and
Emily Pearson and her son Blaine. Survived by her son Kenneth (the
late Ruth) and her daughter Penny (Jim Stewart), as well as her three
grandsons, Andy (Monique), William Stewart and Jeffrey Stewart
(Melanie) and three great-grandchildren Jacqueline, Rose and Alec.
Alice has been a resident, in long-term care at St. Luke’s Place
for a little over four years. The family would like to thank the
E-Wing nurses, PSW’s and all support staff for the care and
kindness shown to Alice during her stay. At Alice’s request,
cremation has taken place. A private family interment will be held at
Memory Gardens Cemetery, Breslau at a later date. As an expression of
sympathy, donations made to St. Luke’s Place Long Term Care
Redevelopment Fund, or a charity of your choice would be greatly
appreciated by the family.
