Sierdsma, Carol May. Peacefully, at Sakura House Hospice, Woodstock surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday July 31, 2019 in her 60th year.
Carol Sierdsma beloved mother to Brandy Sierdsma (Deryck), Jeremy (Amy), Adam (Michelle). Proud and loving Grandma of Brandon, Kyle, Tyler, Kaleb, Emma, Summer, Kiersten, Chase, Kennedy, and Skyler. Dearly loved daughter of Charlie and Leona Summerfield. Lovingly remembered by her siblings Alan (Liz), Lori, Jim (Shelia) and by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Joyce and brother Jack.
Visitation at JW Hart Funeral Home, 113 Lock St East Dunnville on Tuesday August 6, 2019 from 12 noon to 2:00 pm with Celebration of Life immediately following. Memorial donations to VON Sakura House Hospice (vonsakurahouse.com) would be appreciated by the family.
