Obituary of Ryan Charles Angowski
ANGOWSKI, Ryan Charles – age 30, of Enfield, passed away August 2nd, 2019 at the Western University Hospital in London, Ontario. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Charles and Mary Lou (McNutt) Angowski, Nine Mile River.
Ryan was a valued employee at Wolseley Canada as a Regional Inventory Manager.. His strong work ethic saw him rise quickly in his field and he was proud to be part of such an incredible team. He was an avid collector with a keen eye for detail and loved attending auctions and picking through antique stores in pursuit of that perfect find.
Besides his parents, Ryan will be sadly missed by his sister, Kristina (Ryan) Ward; nieces, Ella and Sadie who he adored. He will also be missed by Kathy Underwood and Gail Christopher who were like second moms to him, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Julian and Rita Angowski as well as maternal grandparents, Ronald and Pearl McNutt.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held 1-3pm Saturday, August 10 at Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie, and beginning at 1 pm when friends will be invited to share stories, after-which a reception will be held.
A private family committal service will be held at a later date.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation for the overwhelming support given to Ryan during his illness.
Memorial donations may be made to London’s Western University Hospital for the research of this rare Basilar Aneurysm disease.
