William Joseph “Joe” Herman, age 76, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2019 at Hillside Manor (Stratford). Born in Stratford, son of the late Gerald and Margaret (Welsh) Herman. Survived by his loving wife Pamela (Haddrell) Herman of 47 years. Proud father of Jacqueline (Bruce) Walters and grandfather to Olivia and Laura Walters. Joe will be remembered by his siblings Donald (Donna) Herman, Geraldine Roberts, along with his brother-in-law Stuart (Cheryl) Haddrell and sister-in-law Doreen Van Westrop and his nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Joe was predeceased by his brother Gerald Herman and brothers-in-law Dave Roberts and William Van Westrop. Pam and her family would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Hillside Manor for the wonderful care and compassion given to Joe; it is really appreciated.
