Gregory George Sedlar
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on August 15, 2019 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Margaret “Peggy” for 68 years. Loving father of Peggy Ann (Bruce Bolsby) and Patrick (Julie Hinds). Proud and loving grandpa of David. Brother of Sonia Pavluk and the late Vera Hamlin. Brother-in-law of the late Helen Jabora (John), Morris Richards (the late Marion), Alice McArthur (the late Henry), and Mary Jane Bull (the late Herb). George will be fondly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
He will be remembered for his love of gardening and landscaping and great sense of humour.
The family would like to thank St. Elizabeth Healthcare, especially Sandy and Raj, for the excellent care over the last three years.
For those who wish, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
As a tribute to George’s love of flowers, you are encouraged to wear bright colours or floral patterns to a memorial visitation on Monday, August 19, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until a Celebration of George’s Life begins at 1:00 p.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Cremation has taken place.
