Passed peacefully away at the Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank
on August 13th, 2019 surrounded by her loving
family, a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, CECELIA
SENIOR of Red Harbour in her 94th year. Leaving to celebrate her life
and cherish her memories are her son Albert (Hilda) of Mt. Pearl;
daughters Mary Ford (Howard) of Bonavista and Laura Loughlin (George)
of Red Harbour; grandchildren Audrey Murphy (Benny), Rex Ford, Rex
Loughlin (Cheryl), Debbie Ford, Shannon Barrett (Derek), Stephen
Loughlin (Fredericka), Andrea Senior (Robert), and Stephanie
vanLeijenhorst (Matthijs); great-grandchildren, Nathan, Natasha,
Sasha, Erin, Jared, Dustin, Joel, Lily, Logan, Jorja, Benjamin,
William, Liam, Charlie, and Evie-Jean; sister, Jane Anstey of Grand
Bank; brothers, Albert Peach (Hazel) of Corner Brook, and Eric Peach
of Grand Falls Windsor; plus a large circle of family and
friends. Cecelia was pre-deceased by her first husband James
William Senior; her second husband Charles Senior; sisters, Lorein
Peach, and Mamie Lockyer; brothers, Fred Peach, Charles Peach, and
Herman Peach; her parents, John Albert and Mary Ellen
Peach.
The Senior Family will be accepting
visitors at the Wesley United Church in Red Harbour on Tuesday, August
13th beginning at 7pm and Wednesday, August
14th from 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm.
Funeral Service will take place at Wesley United Church in
Red Harbour on Thursday, August 15th at
2pm.
Interment to follow at Wesley United
Church Cemetery in Red Harbour.
In Cecelia’s memory in
lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wesley United Church or
flowers will be gratefully accepted.
