CROWE, Ruth – Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park Nursing Home, St. John’s on Saturday, July 6, 2019, Ruth Crowe of Harbour Grace, age 84 years. Predeceased by husband: Garth; parents: Chesley and Marjorie Butt; sisters: Irene (Ron) Geiler and Beth (Louis) Schultz; brothers: Arthur Butt and Bertram Butt; sister-in-law: Norma Butt. Leaving to mourn, three daughters: Brenda Ash, St. John’s, Karen (Victor) Noseworthy, Gander, and Jennifer (Phillip) Chaulker, Yellowknife, NWT; one son: Laurie (Carol), Paradise; seven grandchildren: Sarah (Brandon), Robyn, Sophia, Eric, Heather (Bobby), Andrew (Nicole), and Justin; four great-grandchildren: Garrett, Charlotte, Lily, and Lauren; one brother: Eric (Norma) Butt, Vancouver, BC; sister-in-law: Rita Butt, Edmonton, AB; also a number of other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, July 9 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel’s Funeral Home and Memorial Chapel, Water Street, Carbonear. Inurnment in Bethany United Church Cemetery, Carbonear.
