Baby Leaf passed away unexpectedly at the Grand Manan
Hospital July 16, 2019, born June 20th,
2019.
Baby Leaf is survived by his loving parents Daniel Worthen
and Kayo Ichikawa and his big brother Tenji, his maternal grandparents
Vichien Laoharletwatana and Kiyoko Ichikawa, paternal grandparents
Donna and Van Worthen, his Aunt Megan Worthen, aunts Jun Ichikawa,
Mitsuyo Nakano and 3 cousins.
Leaf Daigolo Worthen was a pure soul and lives in our hearts
forever. While his time was short, he was cheerful and
loved.
A private family service will be held. Donations
may be made to the Village of Grand Manan Playground Fund or a charity
of the donor’s choice.
