Johnson, Kelly Irene, 59, Cape St. Mary’s, passed away July 14,2019 in the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec, she was a daughter to the late Herb and Heather (Jodoin) Young. Kelly was quiet mannered with a winning smile and always willing to help others with a positive attitude. She was an internal bank auditor by trade but loved baking and spreading it around as well as travelling. She moved around growing up living in Bible Hill, Truro and Sydney Forks, Montreal, Atikokan to name a few. She was active in her Church and had an impact on many people both in her church and workplace. She is survived by her husband Daniel; brothers Mike Young (Pat), Kamloops; Jason (Angel) Young, Atikokan; sister Kathy (Shawn) Fox, Thunder Bay; many nieces, nephews and friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by sister in law Dianna. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Yarmouth. No visitation or funeral at this time as per family request. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society Books for Children.
