Obituary for John Franklin Peterson
On July 12th, 2019, John Peterson passed away at the age of 54. John will be forever remembered by his beloved wife and best friend, Kristina Knott and his precious daughters, Anna (Grant), and Rylee. Cherished son of Joanne and the late Chester Peterson, and son-in-law of Josephine and the late Ted Knott. Adored brother of Barry (Trisha) and Gordon Peterson. Brother-in-law to Bill and the late Sandra McMillan, and uncle to Bronte and Brooklyn. He will be fondly remembered by his aunts Christine Kurzyna and Christine Peer, as well as his many cousins and treasured friends. John was passionate about basketball and his culinary pursuits. He loved working in his vegetable garden, travelling and spending time with his family. John was well known for his kindness and contagious sense of humour. Cremation has taken place. As per family wishes, a private ceremony will be held. Donations can be made to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice.
