Shebib, Walter Joseph
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Walter Shebib on June 25, 2019 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Susan (predeceased). Father to three children Michelle (Mike), Richard (Shelley) and Kathy (Todd). Grandfather to Dezmin, Jordan, Joshua, Jacob, Noah, Nevaeh, Maya and Madison. Brother of Bernadette, Peter, Paul, and Tommy (predeceased) and Uncle of Kim, Kerri, Lisa, Michael, David Ryan and Nageeb. Walter loved music and guitars. He lived his life surrounded by music. He loved The Beatles and it is ironic that June 25th is Global Beatles Day. In more recent years he enjoyed gardening and was the proud winner and judge of many Trillium Gardening awards. He will be missed by his family, friends and neighbours but we all take comfort in knowing that he will be with the love of his life Sue once again. A visitation will be held at P.X. Dermody Funeral Home, 1919 King Street East (between Rosedale and Cochrane), on Saturday July 6th, 2019 from 11-1:00 followed by a small service of remembrance.
