McBride, Maurice
September 16, 1926 – June 10, 2019
Maurice left us peacefully, a little short of his 93rd year. He was a husband, father, brother, grandfather and uncle; but his proudest accomplishment was reaching 65 years of marriage with the love of his life, Marion. Dad will be treasured and remembered forever by his sons Daniel (Laura) and Michael. Maurice was predeceased by parents Justin and Margaret, as well as by siblings Joe, Bernice and Elaine. He is also survived by siblings Madeline, Jeanette and Raymond. The McBride family wish to thank all the staff at Woods Park Care Centre for surrounding Maurice with compassion, professionalism and humour throughout his residence there. Heartfelt gratitude is also extended to the health team at the Royal Victoria Hospital. A private service will comfort family and friends at a future date.
