Maria (Nerina) Reeves nee: Carlin
In her 77th year, it is with tears of joy from freedom of pain we announce the passing of a caring, loving wife, mother and grandmother. In the early hours of June 27, 2019 peacefully and lovingly surrounded by her family, she joined her Lord. Maria was born on December 3, 1942 in Italy and left at a young age with her family to start a new life in Canada. Maria leaves behind her loving husband and friend Bill, her children Sandy, Annette and Wendy, her grandchildren Natalie, Nathan, Rachel and the late Joshua, and her caring sister Luisa and extended family.
Maria was a kind hearted person and touched the heart of those that crossed her path. Thanks to the hospital team at Hamilton General Hospital and special thanks to Dr. Tittley and his team and the ICU nurses.
At Maria’s request cremation has taken place. Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – «William J. Markey Chapel», 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Tuesday July 2, 2019 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. Memorial Service will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – Hamilton, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 1:00 pm.
