It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lloyd on June 17th. Beloved husband of Dottie (Dorothy Chambers) for 70 wonderful years. Much loved father to Barbara Jakubowicz (Peter), Richard (Denise) Sechelt, B.C. Most loved Gramps to Trevor (Wendy) 100 Mile House, B.C. and Stefan (Bree) and baby Adelyn Kamploops, B.C.
Lloyd was a Tool and Die maker for over 30 years at Embree Industries and worked part time for 25 years at Woolco Dept. Store in the hardware department. He was a member of Linden Park United Church for over 50 years. He was a man who could fix and build anything. Later on he loved to keep busy with his wood carvings and stained glass projects.
Lloyd was the most honest, easy going person you could ever meet with a witty sense of humour. He will be missed deeply by his family.
Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – «William J. Markey Chapel», 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Thursday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Memorial Service will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home – Hamilton, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 11:30 am..
