John Richard Rick Arsenault Wednesday June 12th 2019

It is with profound grief that the family of Rick Arsenault announces his passing after a brief illness with pancreatic cancer. Dearly beloved husband of Trudy Gard. Treasured father of Whitney (Kyle) Easton, Dylan Arsenault and their mother Gail Arsenault and Taylor and Jillian Gard. Adored papa to Bentley, Brielle and Berkeley. Cherished son of Joan Kotlar (late John) and Claude Arsenault and Norma Hureau. PITA brother to Sandi Arsenault and Judi Legacy. He will be fondly remembered by many extended family members. Rick was an employee of the Brantford Expositor’s Composing Room for 42 years. He was a former alleged model and running back with Finch Falcons, Brantford Tire Exchange and Brantford Bisons. Rick had lifelong bonds with his high school buddies from BCI and they will truly miss his wit and companionship. Great golfing buddy to his father, Claude, grass cutter and drinker of G2 to his mother, Joan. A private Service will be held for family and close friends on Wednesday June 19, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Mt. Hope Cemetery Columbarium, 169 Charing Cross Street, Brantford. A Celebration of Life will be held following the private service for anyone who knew and loved Rick from 2-4 p.m. at the Charing Cross Reception Suites adjacent to the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross St. Brantford. Donations to the Brantford General Hospital Foundation or the Stedman Community Hospice would be appreciated
