Obituary of ELIZABETH KIYAN
ELIZABETH (BETTY) KIYAN
February 24, 1929 – June 23, 2019
Peacefully with dignity and family at her side, Betty passed away at the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg where she resided since September 2018.
Betty will be sadly missed by her son Randy of Winnipeg, daughter Judy (Robert) of Schaffhausen Switzerland, grandchildren Lexi, Tanya, Erich, Kyle, Kane, Hailey and Shannon and great grandchildren Quinn, Kylah and Logan, her niece Darcia of Newcastle, ON as well as numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Billy, her parents Mike and Mary Stadnyk, her son Vernon, her sister Beatrice and her long-time companion Mike Kirk.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment to follow in Corpus Christi Church Cemetery, 5819 Henderson Highway, Narol, Manitoba.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation of Manitoba.
