Anne McCoy, born June 23, 1942 in Creston, BC died suddenly on November 13, 2018.
Anne received all of her schooling in Creston and worked for over 50 years serving Creston and the valley in the veterinarian services industry.
Anne dances to the beat of her own drum. She had an enormous capacity to love and she loved her family, her farm and her flowers; all of which brought her such joy. She had terrific neighbours who were such a support for her. Her sudden passing is a loss for all who loved her.
Anne was predeceased by her parents Teresa and Joseph McCoy, her husband Dr. Keith “Doc” Marling, stepson Joe, her faithful companions Abby and KC as well as numerous other animals she has loved throughout her life.
She leaves to mourn her death her sister Kathleen Bjorkman and her children David and Leonard and their families; her brother Patrick McCoy and wife Rae and their children Joe, Steve and Erin and their families; and stepchildren Daryl, Linda and Kyle and their families.
There will be a Celebration of Life on her farm in the spring, date to be announced at a later time.
Her celebration will be at a time when her flowers are once showing the world her beauty. Donations in her name can be made to a pet charity of your choice.
