Passed away at Erringrung Long Term Care Home, Thornbury, on Saturday, April 27, 2019. Ora Joyce Merrifield (nee Julian) of Markdale in her 88th year.
Beloved wife of the late Nelson Merrifield (2016). Dear mother of Bill Merrifield (Barb), and Roy Merrifield (Kimberley) all of Markdale. Cherished grandmother of Michael Merrifield (Charlotte Lawrence), Kevin Merrifield (Jenna), Kristie Ferraccioli (Brandon), Melanie Stoangi (Rob), Stacey Brown (Alex) and Ethan Brown (April). Loving great-grandmother of Lily & Emma Merrifield; Audrey, Nora and Eli Merrifield; Mya & Kennedy Ferraccioli; and Isabella & Jianna Stoangi. Sadly missed by sister-in-law Greta Merrifield, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Predeceased by parents Luther and Ruby Julian, Sister Beatrice (Russell Brockelbank), Mel Julian (Louise), Jack Julian, and Willard Julian (Edna).
Friends may call at the May Funeral Home, Markdale on Wednesday from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m., where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Temple Hill Cemetery.
