1945-2019
It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of
our beloved Norman Petawanaqueb peacefully with his family by his side on
Wednesday, May 6, 2019.
Norman was predeceased by his parents Florence Petawanaqueb
and Henry Letander Sr., daughter Shirley Fontaine; brothers Julius Letander,
Robert and Stanley Petawanqueb and Geraldine Klyne.
Left to cherish his memory are his granddaughters Amber and
Heidi, sisters Darlene, Shirley (Danny), Doris (Dave), and Donna (Dave),
brothers Ronald, Henry Jr. (Deloras), Ralph (Samantha) and Lloyd as well as
numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Sunnywood Manor
for the wonderful care they have given him, as well as the staff at Pine Falls
Hospital and HSC MICU.
Wake Service will take place at Christ Anglican Church Hall
on Wednesday, May 8 to Saturday, May 11.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11 at Christ
Anglican Church, Sagkeeng First Nation.
Viewing will be held 1 hour prior to the service.
