It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the death of Noemi Santarossa who passed away peacefully, while at William Osler Health Care Center – Etobicoke, at the age of 84 years, on Sunday May 5th, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Irenio Santarossa. Loving mother of Steve and mother-in-law of Cheryl. She is loved and cherished by her granddaughters Shauna and Jennifer. Dear sister of Norma Tesolin (late Giovanni), Romano Pilot (Emilia) of Sault Ste. Marie. Dear sister-in-law to Giovanna (late Reduccio) Santarossa, Augusta (late Adriano) Santarossa, Adriana and Mario DiDanieli. Predeceased by many loved ones in Canada and Italy. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Special thank you to all the staff on the ninth floor and Dr. Vincent Maida for their wonderful support and care during the duration of her stay.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Thursday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 6 – 8 o’clock.
Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday morning, May 10 at 11 o’clock.
Followed by a reception in the second floor reception room at the funeral home.
Interment Beechwood Cemetery, 7241 Jane Street, Concord.
