Passed peacefully away with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, May 30, 2019, Mary Elizabeth Foley, aged 76 years. Predeceased by her husband Cyril; parents William and Frances Butt; brothers Cyril and Edmund; and niece Sheila Broders. Left with fond and loving memories are her boy/nephew Rod Burke (Jill); siblings: Isabel (Joe), Stella (Tom), Theresa, Catherine (Joe), Angela, Joan, Austin (Betty), Rick (Maureen) and Basil (Beatrice); as well as numerous nieces and nephews and a large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay, on Sunday, June 2nd, 2019 from 2 p.m – 6 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held in Tilting, Fogo Island at a later date. Flowers graciously accepted, or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
