Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Thursday, February 21st, 2019, at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe, Margaret Rose (Codling) Gillis, a resident of RR1 Simcoe, in her 76th year. Born March 24th, 1943, daughter of the late Gordon Codling and the late Stella (Lloyd) Codling. Margaret was an awesome mom, with her family meaning everything to her. Margaret comes from a large extended family of brothers and sisters including: the late Murray (“Chuck”) Codling; the late Peg (Codling) Brandow; the late Bill Codling; and survived by Beatrice Codling; Joe Codling (Carol); Harriet (Charlie Winkworth); Vera (Roy Schermerhorn); Jim Codling (Susie); and Annie Marshall (Derek Sidor). Predeceased by a brother-in-law Ed Marshall. Survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
