Riley, Leslie Ian
Ian Riley of Calgary, A.B. formerly of Stellarton
passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 10, 2018 at the age of
52.
Ian was a skilled finishing carpenter, who enjoyed
times with family and friends and riding his beloved Harley in the
mountains.
Ian is survived by his six siblings Jeannette (Mel)
Head, Calgary; Dorothy Hillier, Enfield; Hugh (Sally) Riley,
Peterborough; Beth (Jimmie) MacLean, Thorburn; Vicki (Ritchie)
Pettipas, Summerside; Joan (Michael) Cooley, Thorburn; and many nieces
and nephews.
Ian was predeceased by his mother Mary and his
brother-in-law Bill Hillier.
A celebration of Ian’s life will be held at
the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 28 Stellarton on Saturday, May
18, 2019 from 2pm – 4 pm, open to all family and
friends.
