It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, father and grandfather, David, at the age of 66 years.
David will be remembered by his father, Peter, his ex-wife, Lily, and their son, Jesse (Ann) and 2 grandchildren Jayden and Avery and stepdaughter, Angel; siblings Jim (Carol), Joan (Say Pin), Fred (Rose), Joyce (Michael) and Victor (Kelly) and cousins, nieces and nephews.
David was predeceased by his mother, Evelyn.
A memorial mass service and visitation will be held at 10:30 AM on May 11, 2019 at the Parish of Saint Stephen the Martyr Anglican Church 11725-93 Street Edmonton T5G 1E2.
Interment to follow at the Northern Lights Cemetery 15203 Campbell Road Edmonton T6V 1K2.
An appreciation Lunch will follow at the Emperor’s Palace 10638-100 Street Edmonton T5H 4L4.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the nurses and doctors in the Emergency Department and Unit 44, Royal Alexander Hospital and the Emergency Department and Unit 5D2, University of Alberta Hospital for their compassionate care and kindness.
Proceeds from donations will go to Cancer Research.
