It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our dear Heather.
She passed away peacefully with her beloved Peter by her side. Her presence will surround us forever.
Heather was predeceased by her mother Irene Taylor Duckworth and her oldest sister Wendy who were waiting at Heavens door to greet her.
Besides her partner, she will be sadly missed and always remembered by her dear son Bradley, her sisters and brothers Bob (Tracy), Maureen (Steve), Ron (Liz), Deb (John), Cheryl (Jesse), Mike (Vita) along with many cousins, great cousins, and great great cousins as well as many other relatives and true friends that she held dearly.
Heart felt gratitude to the dedicated doctors & staff of the Cedar Cancer Centre (MUHC) for their excellent care and compassion.
The family invites you to the “CELEBRATION OF HER LIFE” from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 15th, 2019 at Voluntas Commemoration (4695 St Jean, DDO , Quebec, H9H 2A7. A short service will take place at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cedar Cancer Centre (MUHC).
All who loved her will surely miss Heather’s infectious laugh, her sense of humour and her honest demeanor. Her strength through her battle was something to behold.
As she used to say “I love you to the moon & back”. She will remain in our hearts forever.
