The family wishes to announce the passing of their beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Cheryle Ann McQuiggan (nee Lamers) of Straffordville, on Sunday, May 05, 2019 at VON-Sakura House, Woodstock, in her 60th year, surrounded by her loving family. Supportive wife and best friend of 38 years to her husband Paul. Doting mother to Chris McQuiggan and his partner Khristina Cook; Ryan McQuiggan; and Tyler McQuiggan. Amazing grandmother to Victoria and Ellie McQuiggan. Loving sister to Ed Lamers (Trish). Sister-in-law to Jeff (Kathy) McQuiggan; Mike McQuiggan; and Diane Squires (Don). Loving Aunt to several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Henry and Betty Lamers, and brother Henry Lamers Jr. Cheryle was a long time member of the baseball team “Mary’s Girls”, she was active as a member of the Bayham Historical Society. Cheryle loved camping and was an active member and President of the Tri-County Travellers, she also served as a Youth Director of FCRV. Family and friends are asked to join Cheryle’s family for visitation at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell St. Tillsonburg on Friday May 10, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The Funeral Service for Cheryle will be held at Ostrander’s Funeral Home Limited, on Saturday May 11, 2019 at 11:00am. Interment will be held at Straffordville Cemetery.
