Obituary of Blanche Gladys Empringham
Peacefully, on Thursday, February 7, 2019, at the Bon Air Nursing Home in Cannington, at age 97. Blanche (nee Lee), dearly loved wife of the late Bus Empringham. Loved mother of Barbara June Layman and her husband Bob (deceased), Brian and his wife Brenda and Charles and his wife Shirley. Loving grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother to many.
The family of Blanche Empringham will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, «McDermott-Panabaker Chapel», 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Tuesday, February 12th from 1 – 2 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 2 p.m. followed by a reception in the Heritage Room of the funeral home. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
