Allister’s Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Allister Clarke announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Unit 3D on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at the age of 91 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his children: Wayne, Lloyd (Dianne), Clyde, Marilyn, Barbara, Dale (Colleen), Donna, Junior to whom he resided with; his 7 grandchildren: Dereck (Heather), Tonya (Rebecka), Sarah (Mike), Joey, Shane, Brendan (Harley), and Crystal (TJ); his 11 great grandchildren; his sisters: Sarah, Mavis, Veda (Roger), and Dorreen; his brothers: Jack, and Jim (Jean). Allister was predeceased by his wife Ethel (1983); his common law partner June Wheeler (2018); his sons: Roy (2008), and Jeffery (1963); his sisters: Cass, Daisey, and Jean; his sister in law Meg Clarke; his brother Harold; his brothers in law: Roland Macdonald, Ernie Douglas, and Ernie MacMillan. Visitation for family and friends will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place at the Country Haven Chapel on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 2 pm with Arch Bishop Stewart Payne officiating. Interment to take place at Mount Patricia. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The Children’s Wish Foundation.
