Wanda Grandbois
January 26, 1956 – April 12, 2019
In loving memory of Wanda Olive Grandbois. Wanda was a caring, loving mother, grandmother, auntie, sister and friend. She was always the happy go lucky person we all wished we could be. Wanda is predeceased by her father Wasily Romanuk, mother Margaret Kirkness, sisters Louise and Rose, brothers Fred and Sydney. Wanda is survived by her son Gilbert Grandbois and daughter-in-law Ashley Bousfield, son Jeffrey Grandbois and daughter-in-law Kimberly Rousseau, son Ryan Pringle, brother John Romanuk, sister-in-law Tina Romanuk, brother Clarence Kirkness, sister-in-law Nancy Gilbertson, sister-in-law Sharon Kirkness, grandchildren Greysen Grandbois, Deason Berrey, Chloe Grandbois, Gabriella Grandbois, Alexandra Bolton, Carter Pringle, Ryan James Pringle, Billy Pringle, Liam Pringle and many nieces and nephews along with other family and friends. Wanda was born in Dryden January 26, 1956 and lived most of her life in Vermilion Bay and Kenora area. I am sure every person she ever met she somehow made an impact in their life in some way. Wanda loved her boys very much but I think she loved her grandchildren even more. She also loved to sew, fish and do her puzzles. Wanda will be greatly missed be everyone who ever got to know her.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Wanda’s Life will be held on Saturday April 27th, 2019 at the Happy Go Lucky Seniors Centre in Vermilion Bay from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
