LATOUR, Thérèse (née Desjardins) – Mrs. Thérèse Latour at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre, Cornwall on Thursday April 11, 2019 at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Lindy Lawrence Latour. Loving mother of Helene Shytle (Don), Paul (Edwin), Marc (Barbara) and Gilles (Penny). Cherished grandmother of Chantal, Christine, Lisa, Joanne, Bobbi Jo, Jodi-Rae, Crystal, Briana, Andrea, Jesse, Tia, Dante, great-grandmother of Jordan, Megan, Lexi, Grayden, Makayla, Cruz, Wells and Huckleberry. Predeceased by her children Richard and Pierre “Pete”; and her parents Noé and Clara (née Lalonde) Desjardins. There will be no visitation. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in St. Francie de Sales Roman Catholic Church, 434 Second Street West, Cornwall on Friday May 3, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Rite of Committal at a later date in Nativity Parish Cemetery, Cornwall. If so desired, contributions in her memory to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall. The Latour family would like to extend a thank you to the staff of the St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre, for the attention given to our mother.
