The death occurred suddenly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, April 19, 2019 of Patricia “Pat” MacNeil in her 90th year of East Baltic, PE.
Beloved wife of Joseph MacNeil and dear mother to Gerard, Lloyd (Kim), Mary LaClaire, Keith (Gwen), David (John), Leonard (Chiyo) and Andrew (Noreen). She is survived by her brother Dailes MacCormack and sister-in-law Freda MacCormack. Loving grandmother to 17 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Also to mourn her loss are numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Predeceased by her first husband Stephen Burke, sons Gerard and Terry, parents Patrick and Lillian MacCormack, brothers Tommy (Martha), Leonard (Velma), Alex and sister-in-law Faye MacCormack.
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home with visiting hours on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral mass to be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 11:00am. Interment to follow in the St. Columba Church Cemetery, Fairfield, PE. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Patricia can be made to the Harbourview Training Centre.
