It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing on Saturday, April 27, 2019, of Nelson Arthur Weippert aged 80.
He died peacefully surrounded by his caring family. He leaves behind Sharon (nee Inkpen), his best friend and wife of 57 years. Loving father of Todd (Carol), Kim (Rita), and Chris (Jen), and proud grandfather to Tyler and Nicholas. Brother to Linda (Ross) and Diane. Predeceased by his sister, Joyce and brother, Edward. Nelson had a rich life, well lived.
Throughout his life Nelson strongly believed in volunteering and giving back to his community. For many years he filled pulpits in the Valley. Through his work as a lay Minister, and with his music and kind words, he touched the lives of many people. He will be missed by all.

The family wishes to thank the 3rd floor and ICU staff at the Barrie Memorial Hospital in Ormstown Quebec for their caring support. Arrangements to follow.
