TIESSEN, Martha
Passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Peter (2001). Dear mother of Carol Braun (Carl), Leonard Tiessen (Jean), Dennis Tiessen (Heather-Jean), and Ron Tiessen. Loving grandmother of Greg (Liz), Matthew (Delia), Michael (Mina); Kevin (Sarah), Lisa; Jeffrey (Cassie), David; Steven and Julie;10 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Martha was predeceased by her parents Jacob and Suzanne Rempel, a brother Jacob, sisters Erna and Lil, and great grandson, Jasper. According to Martha’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at the Reid Funeral Home and Reception Centre, 14 Russell Street, Leamington, Family and friends may gather from 10 am until the Celebration of Life Service at 11 am. A private family interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Hospice or the
Canadian Cancer Society.
