Torgis, Margaret Lynn passed away peacefully on Sunday March 31, 2019 at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital in her 71st year. Lynn, loving wife of Fred, proud mother of Derek, Steven (Nicole), Karina (Paul Martin) and Ian (Mandy), cherished grandmother of Shelby, Patric, Shanna, Megan, Sylvia, Rebecca, Kaleb, Kaitlyn and Kyle and great grandmother of Skyler. Lynn was born in Collingwood to parents the late Jack and Sylvia Royal she is survived by her siblings Blair, Lois, Susan and Tom. She was considered “mom” to many, welcoming friends into the family home and always being there for people when she was needed. She will be missed by daughter in law Lisa and her nieces and nephews. As per her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Stayner 6th Line Church (BIC Stayner) on Friday April 5, 2019 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Parkinson Society would be appreciated by the family.
