It is with broken hearts that the family of the late
JOHN PAD HANRAHAN of Marystown announces his passing. John
passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center in Burin on
Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019 at the age of
69. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories
are his wife Ann Marie of 12 years; sons, Rodney Hanrahan (Amanda) of
Marystown, Johnny Hanrahan (Nicole) of Marystown and Wayne Hanrahan
(Paula Cluett) of Garnish; daughters, Trina Hanrahan of Marystown, and
Vanessa Nolan (Dwayne) of Garnish; step-son Craig Dimmer (Erin) of Fox
Cove; step-daughter Lenore Lake (Kirk) of Salt Pond; 8
grandchildren, Tori, Philip, Scott, Kelsey, Evan, Tamara, Destiny, and
Tyson; 5 step-grandchildren, Brittany, Thomas, Tyler, Zack and Kerri;
brothers, George Hanrahan (Mary) of Marystown, Phonse Hanrahan (Kay
Cross) of Marystown and Charles Hanrahan of St. John’s;
sisters, Helena Lewis (Reg) of St. John’s, Frances Woolridge
(Bernard) of St. John’s, Audrey Edwards (Andre) of St.
John’s, Lillian Lockyer (Clyde) of St.
John’s,Darlene Wells (Joe) of St. John’s and
Debbie Andrejciw (Bobby) of St. John’s; brother-in-law and
buddy Eugene Stanley of St. John’s plus a large circle of
extended family and friends. John was predeceased by his
parents Catherine and George Hanrahan, his first wife Jessie Hanrahan
and sister Vicki Stanley.
Cremation has taken place.
The Hanrahan Family will be
accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes, Marystown on
Friday, April 5th from 1 pm to 9pm and
Saturday, April 6th from 10 am to 9pm.
A Funeral Service will be held
at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes, Marystown on Sunday, April
7th at 2:00 pm.
Inurnment to follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery,
Marystown.
