September 28, 1930 – April 8, 2019
Peacefully at Algoma Manor with loving family by his side, Dad has joined his beloved wife Edith, whom he missed so much. Loving father of Linda Darmogray (late Nick) of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and Gord (Linda) of Thessalon. Special grandfather to Tom (Jennifer), Alana Zavoral (Vinny) and Deanna Shaw (Greg). Loving great grandfather to Drew and Shaymus Gregory and Zara and Zen Zavoral and Kennah and Jett Shaw. Dear brother of the late William (late Dorothy), the late Jack, the late Bob (late Deanie), the late Dick (Carol), the late Ken (Georgina), the late Frances Gregory and Margie Gregory. Brother in law of the late Joan Walker (late Harold), the late Edward Heard (Wilma), the late Donald Heard (Ruth), Gale McCaig (late Bernie) and the late Douglas Heard (late Maureen). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Dad’s passion was being with and helping his loving family. He especially enjoyed seeing the entire family at the annual “Gregory Bunch” gathering.
The family thanks our community and the entire staff at Phara and the Algoma Manor for taking good care of our Dad. We are fortunate to have such caring neighbours and facilities in our community.
