Debra «Debbie» Lee Conroy (Moore), wife of Clarence Conroy of Miramichi, NB passed away suddenly at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Sunday, April 14th, 2019 at the age of 64.
Born in Chatham, NB she was the daughter of the late Marven and Evelyn (Hay) Moore.
Debbie was a loving wife and stay at home mom, who also opened her heart and home to babysit for several families over the years.
She enjoyed many hobbies some of which included knitting, cross-stitch and baking delicious goodies.
Family was everything to her and her absolute greatest pride and joy in life was spending time with her two precious grandchildren, who affectionately called her “Grammy” and “Gram Gram”.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence; daughter, Melissa Jamieson (Eric) of Quispamsis; son, Stuart of Miramichi and grandchildren, Luke and Gwen.
She is also survived by her twin sister, Dorothy Doiron (late John) of Miramichi; sister, Grace Ramsay (late William) of Miramichi; two brothers, William MacDonald (Carole) of Ingersoll, ON, James Moore (Bev) of Woodstock, ON; uncle, Glendon Flowers of Grand Lake, NB and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Sandra Dawn; and brothers John and Edward MacDonald.
Visitation will be held at Maher’s Funeral Home, 35 University Avenue, on Friday, April 19th, 2019, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 20th, 2019, at 11 am at St. Andrew’s United Church, 188 Wellington Street with Reverend Charlene Maguire MacKnight officiating.
Interment will be held in St. Michael’s Cemetery at a later date.
