Robert Laurie Potter
1937-2019
Robert L. Potter of Harvey, York Co., NB passed away on February 24,
2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Robert was born on October
29, 1937 at Woodstock, NB, son of the late Robert Perry and Viola
Potter.
He is survived by his wife, Georgie (Clark) Potter; his children,
Terilee Laviolette, Robert Potter, Susan Ferguson (Wayne), Patrick
Potter (Tracey), Paul Potter (Marilen) and Todd Potter (Christina);
grandchildren, James, Kristen (Mark), Jill (Brad), Amy (Robert),
Rachelle, Alexander, Daniel, Andrew, Mackenzie, Robert (Kailey) and
Samantha (Brett); great grandchildren, Brooke, Owen, Lyra, Natalie,
Blake, Lucas and Chase; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Davis;
brothers-in-law, Charles Clark (Dianne), Basil Clark (Elizabeth) and
David Clark (Karen); a nephew, Anthony Cougle (Claire); several nieces
and nephews in the Clark family.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Wilma
Cougle and her husband Everett and a great granddaughter, Abigail
Law.
Although there will be no visiting hours at this time, a gathering
will be held at Swan Funeral Chapel, 1826 Route 3, Harvey Station, NB
on Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 2 to 4 pm when friends can visit with
the family and share memories of Bob.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Robert, the family
has suggested the Diabetes Association, NB Heart and Stroke Foundation
or a charity of the donor’s choice.
