It is with great sadness that the family of John Kennedy announce his passing at home with his family by his side on Saturday, February 9, 2019. He was 77. Loving husband of Jean Kennedy (nee Young) for 51 years. Loving father of Tracy Kennedy of Winchester and Jennifer Kennedy (Chris Casselman) of Pidgeon Island. Poppie will be sadly missed by Jenna. Dear brother of Catherine Fraser of Dalkeith and Billy Kennedy (Germaine) of Cornwall. Predeceased by his parents Louis and Margaret Kennedy and his sister Ethel McNeil. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, Williamsburg, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 14th at 11 a.m. Donations to the O.S.P.C.A. or the Rich Little Nursery (NICU) at the Ottawa Civic Hospital would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
