Ingemansen, William Charles Fredrick “Bill” – It saddens the family greatly to announce the passing of “Bill” William Charles Fredrick Ingemansen, age 65 of West Branch, Nova Scotia. Bill fought a courageous battle against lung cancer that was detected too late to cure. His family never left his side or stopped telling him how much they loved him as he slipped away into a peaceful sleep on January 19, 2019. He was the son of Freda (Robert) Peddle and the late Fred Ingemansen. He will also be forever missed by his loving wife of 43 years, Nancy (Kenny); son, Robert (Belinda), daughters, Jennifer (Allan) Bezanson, Melissa (Colby Rudolph), Sisters, Cindy (Robert) McDonald, Louise (Robert) Zinck, grandchildren, Ariel (Liam Cameron) Ingemansen, Haley Ingemansen, Riley, Ryan, Kholey, Jolie, Alexandra Bezanson, Cody, Abby, and Aria Ingemansen and great granddaughter, Mary Ingemansen. Besides his father, Bill was predeceased by two infant brothers, Paul Robert and James. Bill really care for his family, they were his world and he was a kind-hearted man who was loved by all who knew him. He had a unique sense of humour, nicknaming almost everyone. He was known for his harmless pranks and shenanigans. He loved going camping, fishing and he dreamed of Sailing the ocean one day. He was an avid reader, enjoying mostly adventure/thriller novelist, Clive Cussler. He was a truck driver and a jack of all trades and could fix anything. Fond memories of him in his garage, sipping on a Blue. A special thank you to every healthcare worker that was so wonderful, especially the Palliative Care Department at the Aberdeen Hospital. Bill lived quietly and wished for no fanfare when he passed. He has been cremated and there will be no service per his request. In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to the family or to the Aberdeen Palliative Care Society, New Glasgow, NS.
