He is survived by his wife Imelda; son Howard; daughter Blanche (Mitchell); thirteen grandchildren Malcolm, Brenda, Suzie, Cole, Darien, Chase, Sajan, Chance, Arianna, Mitchell, Ozzie, Serenity and Honor; six great grandchildren Kaleb, Ever, Everly, Azraya, Andre and Rodney; brother Roland; step sister Noella Spence and Maryann Owen; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his three sons, Roderick Jr., Aaron and Rodney; grandson Lewis; parents Harry and Harriett Hamilton; brothers Morton, Patrick and Melvin; step brothers Gordon, Harold and Fred B.; sister Virginia; step sisters Maggie and Maudina.
Wake service will be held on Thursday January 3, 2019 from 7pm to 12 midnight at Eternal Grace Funerals. Wake service will continue Friday January 4, 2019 till Sunday January 6, 2019 at the Bloodvein Band Hall. Funeral service will follow on Monday January 7, 2019 at 12 noon also at the Bloodvein Band Hall. Interment Bloodvein Cemetery.
